Building the new Secret Harbour Primary School 

Planning for the new school involved many people and we are thankful for the generous donation of time and expertise from members of the Project Control Group

Construction commenced in 2001 allowing  for occupation in 2002. The lead up to the move was huge as the whole school had to be packed. 

Three weeks before the start of Term 1 2002 all the school resources were moved to the new school site. Staff came in for many days to unpack and relocate all the school resources - enabling a smooth start to the new school year in new buildings.

The new school is an exciting place and innovative place, boasting state of the art technology and communications systems, and buildings designed to cope with the extreme coastal weather conditions.
